When Kim called me, neither of us knew it would be the beginning of a months-long journey together. Since that day, our paths have crossed in different settings and places all around Lerum Municipality.

It just happened that way, our communication minds quickly realized that we needed to be where people truly are. No staging, no extras, no actors, just capturing real life as it unfolds. And honestly, a traditional big advertising budget doesn’t really fit in a municipal context anyway.

If I were to describe this film, I’d say it’s a journey through a beautiful place and a piece of Swedish idyll, told in a melancholic and romantic tone, with music by Tomas Andersson Wij and his interpretation of När solen färgar vinternatten (When the Sun paints the Winter Night).
